Pizza Party -Jansen Style

We have these friends; the Jansens.
They throw the BEST parties ever.
This weekend they had all of our close friends over for a March Madness Pizza Party. Now if I had a Pizza Party we'd be ordering Domino's, but not the Jansens.
They do food, the right way; from scratch.
Everyone brought two assigned toppings and we had ourselves some brick-made pizza.
Super supreme pizza.
Just an example of how, everyone eats before mom; my plate and Bogie's plate.
Thai chicken pizza, complete with peanut sauce, mozzarella, peanuts, chicken, and cilantro.
And for dessert; smores pizza cookies and Pizookies.
My favorite!

What kind of pizza would you have made?

I think I'd have made a pizookie! :)

No, first I'd have something with cilantro, and then a warm gooey pizzokie!

What fun! I love a good pizza party, but pizza like that, I don't think it gets much better.

The Thai Chicken one for sure!! YUM!!
Looks like so much fun!! My kids cringe
when I say pizza... I never get pizza...
ever! sniff... sob... I might be inspired
enough to make my own thai pizza...
of course when I make Thai peanut chicken...
I always want it in a Sun Dried Tomato wrap!
Maybe that will be my recipe this Thursday!!

What a great idea you have some awesome friends! Those pizzas looked amazing! Yummy! If it was me, I'd have to make sure my pizza had mushrooms on it. But I love cilantro, and that thai chicken pizza looked fabulous. Okay, I've decided, I think I'd have to try them all!!

Yum - what a great idea for a party. Were they cooked on the grill? I love all kinds of pizza - my fave would have to be something similar to CPK's chicken w/ rosemary, red onion. You make a great pizza too. Love the new spring header.

What a cute idea! I bet that Bogie ate his food that night right? How could you not, it looked so fun playing with all that food!
The wall-it is behind the Farmer Boy's on University in down town. You would NEVER think that is where I got those pics, but if you just don't shoot everything else in the background that place is a jewel!!!
